What: Yoga for Your Bones
When: Mondays, 10:30 AM–11:30 AM
Where: Online via Zoom
This class is a blend of standing, seated, and floor poses tailored to help you improve your strength, agility, and your posture to prevent falls.
What You’ll Gain:
Each session is thoughtfully designed to help you:
Build strength, flexibility, and coordination.
Improve balance and posture to reduce fall risks.
Feel centered, grounded, and calm.
Relieve stress and anxiety through mindful movement and breath work.
What to Expect:

Props like chairs, blocks, blankets, and straps to ensure accessibility and comfort.

Note: Modifications will be provided to suit all levels, and the class will include seated, standing, and floor poses.
