Online Yoga Class

Go from feeling anxious and confused about yoga poses you can practice when you have osteopenia and osteoporosis

To feeling stronger, agile, more flexible and less stressed.

This class is designed to help you practice yoga safely by including poses and cuing to maintain safe body alignment. The practice may help to improve strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, posture, bone density and to decrease your stress and anxiety. Inspiration will be drawn from Dr. Fishman's series 1-3 yoga for osteoporosis.

We will offer the use of props to encourage you to more strongly challenge the muscles to stimulate bone remodeling. Cues will help you maintain safe body alignment to avoid fractures. Class sequences will vary week to week and will be approximately 60 min.
